1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZLKPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ZLKPro and provides a unified API gateway to various AI language models.

2. Description of Service

ZLKPro provides an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint that routes requests to multiple upstream AI model providers. The Service includes API key management, usage tracking, and account management via web dashboard and Telegram bot. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of any specific upstream model.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• ▸ Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
• ▸ All activities that occur under your account.
• ▸ Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• ▸ One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will be terminated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ✗ Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• ✗ Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• ✗ Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
• ✗ Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service.
• ✗ Resell or redistribute API access without authorization.
• ✗ Use the Service for automated spam or mass content generation for resale.

5. Payments and Refunds

The Service offers time-based subscriptions and token packages. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If the Service is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and upstream provider outages may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service, including email, usage metrics, and device fingerprints for anti-abuse purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZLKPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or unreliable.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, all API keys will be revoked and access will be immediately disabled.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or the Service dashboard.
